Gina Mastroluca creates a safe space for people to intentionally heal from the past while restoring wisdom, strength and clarity. For over 20 years, she has been helping people to rely upon their own self-healing wisdom to recognize and release restrictive emotional patterns, experience greater peace of mind and feel ease in the body. Whole Health Wisdom, led by Gina, offers energy sessions, Ayurvedic coaching, The Safe and Sound Protocol listening therapy and short online courses to support body, mind and emotions.
